We are seeking a reliable and organized Taxi and Limo Dispatcher to manage the coordination of transportation services for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently dispatch taxis and limousines to assigned locations based on client requests.
- Monitor and manage vehicle availability and driver schedules in real-time.
- Communicate with drivers to provide directions, updates, and any necessary information.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from clients regarding services, rates, and reservations.
- Ensure timely pick-ups and drop-offs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Address any issues or complaints from clients and drivers promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, including trip details and driver performance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Utilize dispatch software and technology to optimize routes and minimize wait times.
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or transportation is a plus.
- Previous experience in dispatch, transportation, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using dispatch software and GPS systems.
- Knowledge of local geography and traffic patterns.
