We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team at 24Seven. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a positive and memorable experience for every customer who visits our store.
Responsibilities:
-Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
-Assist customers in selecting their desired Items, offering recommendations, and providing detailed product information.
-Maintain a clean and organized sales area, including display cases, counters, and serving tables.
-Serve items accurately and efficiently.
-Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve any issues to the customer's satisfaction.
-Promote new products, special offers, and promotions to increase sales and customer engagement.
-Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements:
-Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers effectively.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
